Thank you for your interest in registering for OSCWorld’s 2016 NYS Assessment Scoring.
OSCWorld has been providing scoring services to NYS Regional Information Centers, BOCES and school districts for the past 7 years. We have helped score more than three million regents answer sheets and nearly one million ELA, Math and Science assessments.
In 2016, we will be receiving assessments from the Long Island, Lower Hudson, Binghamton and Syracuse areas. Plans for multiple scoring sites in New York State are being developed. Scoring sessions will run from the middle of April through the middle of May and then again for one week in June. Scoring will be held daily from 8AM to 9PM weekdays and weekends to accommodate retired AND active teachers.
OSC is offering employment opportunities for part-time temporary test scorers. OSC requires all new applicants to supply full contact information, a copy of your NYS teaching certificate and resume and detailed availability during April to June 2016. Upon hire you will also be required to complete a W4 form with other new hire paperwork to allow OSC to withhold taxes in accordance with state and federal laws.
